Biography:
Dana expressed her interest in the arts at a very early age. Although educated in Fine Arts, she has pursued a career in graphic and multimedia design. Art, however, remains her life-long passion and part of a never ending journey into exploring and discovering.
In her vision, being able to participate in a process of creation is a privilege, but also a need of self-expression. The act of painting is a tool for giving an inner voice its life in the form of visual expression called ART.
Her fascination with vivid, vibrant, and highly intense colour and bold expressive brush strokes is prominent in her art. Extensive travelling experiences and limitless curiosity to explore the unknown inspire her spiritually and creatively.
She attempts to stir a hidden energy and passion within the viewer by inviting them to this vibrant journey. “Painting on the canvas is like meditation—she says—a virtual escape from reality…for me and for my viewer.
