Biography:
Joanne was born and educated in Ireland. She continued independent studies in London, including additional courses in drawing and painting, specializing in portraits in oil.
In 1975, she emigrated to Canada, living in Montreal for 10 years before moving to Toronto. Joanne has taken many art courses in different medias, including a three year art course at the Gerry Van Dykhoff School of Art in the West Island and at John Abbot College with John Walsh.
